We had a visitor at the firehouse this weekend. To say it was a special visit is an understatement. Just over a month ago we responded to a call for help at this gentleman’s home and when we arrived he was not breathing nor did he have a pulse. The members of our department along with Johnston County EMS put all of our training to use and our quick response had a big part in him standing in our firehouse today. We are thrilled to be able to spend time with this gentleman and his wife. We look forward to seeing this family around the community and pray for a continuous recovery.
